The Emeishan Grain Depot Project is located in Emeishan City, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. In order to ensure that the grain is stored in good condition, the conditions of the grain depot are very strict, and it is necessary to maintain constant temperature and humidity in the warehouse. According to the special climatic conditions of high annual average humidity and high precipitation in Emei Mountain, Sichuan Province, Kcalin has developed a set of exclusive air source heat pump and water source heat pump solutions to ensure the constant temperature and humidity conditions of the grain depot, with outstanding energy saving effect and obvious economic benefits. The system adopts 2 integral mobile cooling units, 2 mobile air distribution devices, 2 ventilation and humidification units, 18 low-temperature centralized control boxes, 18 surface cooling units, 3 energy collection centers, 3 energy balance devices, 3 energy balance device control boxes, and 3 intelligent centralized control boxes for grain depots. The project was completed and officially put into use in August 2018.
