On December 21, 2018, with the support of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Tianjin Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Passive Low-Energy Building Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, the "2018 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Ultra Low-Energy Building Industry Alliance Summit Forum" was successfully held in Caofeidian. The conference carried out exchanges and discussions on key technologies and indicator systems of ultra-low energy consumption green buildings in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, focusing on experience sharing and exchange of the ultra-low energy consumption demonstration projects that have been built in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

In the morning of December 22, the delegation visited the first phase residential project of Beijing (Caofeidian) Modern Industrial Development Experimental Zone - "First Hall · Entrepreneurs" project. Visit the "First Hall · Entrepreneurs" exhibition center, model room and the first passive green building kindergarten with zero energy consumption in China.

Since the "13th Five-Year Plan", Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have successively issued policies and regulations, technical standards and incentives to promote the development of ultra-low energy buildings, and carried out a large number of engineering practices. The convening of this conference has consolidated the relationship between building energy conservation work in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and played an important role in influencing and driving the linkage development, standard unification and complementary advantages of ultra-low energy green buildings in the three regions.
